Esulin
Special Functions
1)
How do the actives formula work in our body? The mechanism.
When
tested on diabetes mice, Esulin proven to be able
to reduce the mice blood glucose level, reduce Hemoglobin
A1c (HbA1c) level, improve blood glucose usage and blood triglycerides
profile. When observed Through telescope, it's prominently
display that Esulin able to improve pancreas related disease,
thus increase the quantity of Beta cells. It blood glucose
reduce effect is similar to synthetic medicines - Thiazolidinediones
(TZDs).
At the
same time, Esulin can increase quantity of insulin
been used in diabetes mice, thus improve body cells sensitivity
to insulin, and result in reduce " insulin resistance".
It's also increase 4main basic how the transportation of blood
glucose into cells, thus increase insulin been used in body
through Esulin, and improve cells sensitivity to insulin.
This is one of the mechanism how Esulin been used
to treat Diabetes type 2 patients, however the detail mechanism
that make Esulin so effective have yet be established
and confirm and need further research.
Through
clinical trials, it is show that Esulin able to stimulate
the cells sensitivity to insulin, increase blood glucose usage
by cells thus reduce blood sugar level. This clearly reduce
the blood sugar level before food, insulin and C level, blood
sugar level after food and insulin showed sight of reduce
and the level of HbA1c also reduce prominently.
2)
How Esulin work to reduce the HbA1c level ?
-
Esulin
decrease insulin resistance by enhancing the effects of
insulin, its sensitize the body’s tissues to insulin.
To understand how it’s work, first we have to understand
how HbA1c is formed. THE KEY WORD IS “THE LENGTH OF TIME
THAT THE HAEMOGLOBIN IS EXPOSED TO A GIVEN CONCENTRATION
OF GLUCOSE"
-
The
longer the blood glucose level is high, the more glycosylation
( a process where HbA1c is formed when glucose molecules
attach to HbA molecules) will occur. This factor is influenced
by the age of the red blood cell – many cells in our body
are continually being broken down and replaced; the average
life span of a red blood cell is about 120 days.
-
The
hemoglobin is continuously being glycated at a rate which
is proportional to the prevailing blood glucose level.
At any given time, there will be a mixture of old and
new red blood cells circulating in the bloodstream. Old
cells will have been exposed to recent, and not so recent,
blood glucose levels. New cells will only have been exposed
to recent blood glucose levels. So the more recent glycaemia
will have the largest influence on the overall HbA1c reading.
Indeed, it has been suggested that half of an HbA1c value
is attributable to the previous month, a further quarter
to the month before that, and the remaining quarter to
the two months before that.
-
By
controlling the concentration of glucose level by Esulin,
its control the most recent glycaemia or half Of the (50%)
HbA1c value attributed by the previous month. Esulin
increases insulin sensitivity, by increasing insulin action,
it increases glucose utilization. But the effects are
not instantaneous, it may be up to a week or two before
a significant improvement in blood glucose levels can
be seen. Esulin also decreases “hepatic glucose
production” (HGP), which is glucose released into the
bloodstream by the liver. (The liver normally tops up
the blood glucose during fasting and especially overnight.
Insulin resistance at the liver can result in an increased
output of glucose).
-
In addition
to its blood glucose lowering effects, Esulin
also has beneficial effects on blood lipid profiles.
